Nodulizer
Nodulizing agent (rare earth magnesium silicon alloy) is an additive that promotes the crystallization of graphite in ductile iron into a spherical shape. It is mainly used in ductile iron. After adding molten iron, it can achieve spheroidization, desulfurization, improve the purity of molten iron, and can also interact with arsenic and zinc. Magnesium with low melting points such as lead and lead react to form compounds with lower melting points that are insoluble in iron. Eliminating these magnesium can prevent interfering elements from destroying spheroidization.
